APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 12-503

Description
School Board Policy 5.34(4), permits the Board to hold in abeyance, the expulsion of a student, if the student participates in a recognized alternative-to-expulsion program. This student has poor attendance in the Triad program, and the expulsion is reinstated.

Recommendation
That the abeyance of Expulsion Case No 12-503, be rescinded per School Board Policy 5.34(4).
